Introduction

Vinod Kumar Khandelwal, born in 1941 in Mumbai, graduated in Mathematics from the United States of America in 1962 and later pursued his MBA from the prestigious Bajaj Institute of Management in India. He achieved several remarkable projects in India, including constructing the tallest residential building in Asia, the largest masonry dam for irrigation in Bhatgar, and the biggest round Auditorium in Noida. In 1975, he was among the top five building contractors in India and also built and managed the Ashram of MAHARISHI MAHASH YOGI in Noida where he practiced meditation.

International Operations

Between 1976 and 1980, he represented international companies and built offices in Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and UAE. He secured licensing agreements to manufacture scaffolding and prefab structures from Germany and Switzerland. He also built warehouses and factories with a total area of 200,000 square feet per month in the Middle East. Furthermore, he constructed the extension of the Dubai International Airport and the Abu Dhabi oil refinery in 1980 and 1981 respectively.
